The employee performs the following functions:
- Coordinates the preparation of the LVAT strategic action plan, the LVAT annual action plan, and performance reports.
- Initiates and participates in preparing the LVAT strategic action plan project, the LVAT annual action plan project, and LVAT performance report projects (quarterly, annual).
- Systematizes and summarizes proposals from LVAT administration units and state archives for the improvement of the LVAT strategic action plan and its implementation control.
- Participates in preparing technical description projects for performance evaluation criteria.
- Prepares formats for LVAT and state archives action plans and reports, and summarizes proposals from LVAT administration units and state archives.
- Compiles quarterly, semi-annual, and annual performance indicators of programs implemented by LVAT and state archives.
- Enters data into the Monitoring Information System and conducts continuous monitoring of strategic action plan implementation results.
- Provides information to responsible institutions about the implementation of specific strategies, programs, or inter-institutional action plans, and other operational statistical data, as per competence.
- Proposes improvements to the action planning process and the quality of LVAT and state archives operations, aiming to enhance their effectiveness.
- Provides methodological assistance to state archives in preparing action plans and reports.
- Initiates and participates in preparing medium-term planning document projects for document and archive management and usage, and proposes suggestions for their implementation.
- Executes other non-permanent tasks related to LVAT functions as assigned by the department head and Chief Archivist of Lithuania to achieve LVAT's strategic goals.
The employee must meet the following special requirements:
- Have a higher university education or equivalent.
- Have at least two years of work experience in preparing planning documents for a budgetary institution.
- Be knowledgeable about the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, and other legal acts regulating public administration and strategic planning.
- Have knowledge of the operational field of LVAT.
- Be able to manage, accumulate, systematize, and summarize information, and draw conclusions.
- Be able to independently plan and organize their work.
- Be able to fluently express thoughts in writing and verbally in the state language, and be knowledgeable in document preparation and formalization requirements.
- Have good computer literacy skills (proficient in using Microsoft Office suite).
