The civil servant performs the following functions:
- Processes information related to the implementation of decisions or coordinates the processing of such information as needed.
- Provides consultation on issues within their assigned area of expertise.
- Organizes the process of implementing decisions or coordinates the organization of this process as needed.
- Prepares and submits information on complex issues related to decision implementation or coordinates the preparation and submission of such information as required.
- Prepares legal act projects and other related documents concerning decision implementation or coordinates the preparation of these documents as needed.
- Prepares and submits proposals on issues related to decision implementation.
- Prepares and submits information on complex issues related to monitoring and/or analysis or coordinates the preparation and submission of such information as required.
- Prepares and submits proposals on issues related to monitoring and/or analysis.
- Prepares legal act projects and other related documents concerning the execution of monitoring and/or analysis or coordinates the preparation of these documents as needed.
- Prepares or participates in the preparation of legal act projects regulating the management, description, and accounting of documents stored in state archives.
- Monitors compliance of state archives with document accounting management requirements.
- Evaluates and approves descriptions of documents stored in assigned state archives submitted through EAIS (Electronic Archive Information System), ensuring their correspondence with accounting data, and provides consultations on the submission of digital objects in EAIS.
- Evaluates the accuracy of the representation of accounting documents (their data) in the EAIS Description Management Module, prepared by state archives using EAIS tools, and provides comments and suggestions.
- Coordinates the description and submission of documents using the tools of the Electronic Archive Information System.
- Deputizes for the employee responsible for customer service in the Chief Archivist of Lithuania's Office in their absence.
- Performs other non-permanent tasks related to the activities of the structural unit.
The civil servant must meet the following special requirements:
Education and work experience requirements:
- Education: Higher university education (not lower than a bachelor's qualification degree) or equivalent higher education qualification.
- Field of study: History.
- Field of study: Communication.
Or:
- Education: Higher university education (not lower than a bachelor's qualification degree) or equivalent higher education qualification.
- Work experience: Experience in document management and accounting.
- Duration of work experience: At least 1 year.
Foreign language proficiency requirements:
- Language: Russian or English.
- Language proficiency level: B1.
