The employee holding these positions performs the following functions:
Performs the functions of the administrator of the General Document Management Information System (DBSIS).
Registers incoming, outgoing, and internal LVAT documents in DBSIS.
Receives and administers LVAT correspondence and ensures the management of calls made to LVAT’s general telephone line.
Provides information and consults individuals within the scope of competence.
Administers LVAT’s general email inbox, registers emails received therein in DBSIS and/or forwards them to the Chief Archivist of Lithuania or to employees according to their competence.
Collects and systematises documents, is responsible for the document files assigned under the documentation plan, stores and manages them, and transfers them to the LVAT archive in accordance with the established procedure.
Ensures that LVAT employees responsible for files manage them in a timely, orderly, and accurate manner in accordance with the established documentation plan indices.
Provides information to the National Centre of General Functions.
Upon instruction of the Head of the Division, drafts letters or other documents.
Prepares draft LVAT documentation plans, lists of registers, and lists of file inventories, and submits their data for approval in accordance with the established procedure.
Prepares draft inventories (and continuations thereof) of LVAT completed files and draft file destruction acts, and submits their data for approval in accordance with the established procedure.
Manages the LVAT archive.
In accordance with the procedure established by legal acts, certifies the authenticity of copies, transcripts, and extracts of documents prepared and received by LVAT.
Organises and oversees the schedule of the Head of LVAT.
Organises and manages the reception of LVAT guests.
Participates in the organisation of LVAT events.
Carries out other tasks assigned by the Head of LVAT and the Head of the Division.
