The employee performs the following functions:
- Organizes the maintenance of LVAT's internal network and computer equipment.
- Participates in monitoring the digitization of documents stored in state archives.
- Contributes to the improvement of electronic document storage infrastructure within the scope of LVAT's competence.
- Gathers information and makes suggestions regarding the storage of electronically created information.
- Acts as a deputy for the LVAT state official responsible for the administration of LVAT information systems data and the management of information on the LVAT website and social accounts in their absence, and provides consultations to system users.
- Performs the functions of the data security officer of LVAT information systems as assigned by the Chief Archivist of Lithuania.
- Executes other non-permanent tasks related to LVAT functions as assigned by the department head and the Chief Archivist of Lithuania to achieve LVAT's strategic goals.
The employee must meet the following special requirements:
- Have a higher university education in physical or technology sciences.
- Have at least 3 years of work experience in the field of information technology administration.
- Be proficient in English at the B1 level.
- Be able to manage, accumulate, analyze, systematize, and summarize the information received.
- Be able to fluently express thoughts in writing and verbally in the state language.
- Be able to independently organize their work.
- Be responsible, diligent, creative, and have good communication skills.
