The employee performs the following functions:

Prepares and submits proposals on matters related to administrative regulation.
Prepares conclusions regarding legal acts and other documents related to administrative regulation and their implementation or, where necessary, coordinates the preparation of conclusions regarding legal acts and other documents related to administrative regulation and their implementation.
Drafts legal act projects and other documents related to administrative regulation or, where necessary, coordinates the drafting of draft legal acts and other documents related to administrative regulation.
Monitors the implementation of legal acts and other documents, measures, and programmes related to administrative regulation or, where necessary, coordinates the monitoring of the implementation of legal acts and other documents, measures, and programmes related to administrative regulation.
Processes information related to supervision of the implementation of and compliance with legal acts and administrative decisions or, where necessary, coordinates the processing of such information.
Carries out supervision activities concerning the implementation of and compliance with legal acts and administrative decisions or, where necessary, coordinates the performance of supervision activities concerning the implementation of and compliance with legal acts and administrative decisions.
Examines complaints and other documents on complex matters concerning supervision of the implementation of and compliance with legal acts and administrative decisions or, where necessary, coordinates the examination of complaints and other documents on complex matters concerning supervision of the implementation of and compliance with legal acts and administrative decisions; prepares replies or, where necessary, coordinates the drafting of replies.
Plans supervision activities concerning the implementation of and compliance with legal acts and administrative decisions or, where necessary, coordinates the planning of supervision activities concerning the implementation of and compliance with legal acts and administrative decisions.
Supervises the execution of decisions, recommendations, and instructions related to supervision activities concerning the implementation of and compliance with legal acts and administrative decisions or, where necessary, coordinates supervision of the execution of decisions, recommendations, and instructions related to such supervision activities.
Drafts legal act projects and other related documents concerning supervision of the implementation of and compliance with legal acts and administrative decisions or, where necessary, coordinates the drafting of draft legal acts and other related documents concerning supervision of the implementation of and compliance with legal acts and administrative decisions.
Prepares and submits proposals on matters related to supervision of the implementation of and compliance with legal acts and administrative decisions.
Prepares and provides information on complex matters related to supervision of the implementation of and compliance with legal acts and administrative decisions or, where necessary, coordinates the preparation and provision of information on complex matters related to supervision of the implementation of and compliance with legal acts and administrative decisions.
Upon instruction of the Chief Archivist of Lithuania, controls how state archives ensure long-term preservation.
Within the scope of competence, represents the Office of the Chief Archivist of Lithuania in European Union institutions and their working bodies where issues related to the preservation and use of documents and data are considered.
Coordinates and oversees the implementation of document preservation measures (restoration, etc.) in state archives.
Oversees the organization of storage of original material of national films in the implementation of the Law on Cinema of the Republic of Lithuania.
Performs other non-recurring assignments related to the activities of the structural unit.
The employee must meet the following special requirements:
Education and work experience requirements:
Education: higher university education (Bachelor’s degree) or an equivalent higher education qualification;
Field of study: History (or);
Field of study: Communication (or); or:
Education: higher university education (Bachelor’s degree) or an equivalent higher education qualification.
Work experience:
Experience in the field of document management;
Duration of work experience: 1 year.
Foreign language(s) and proficiency level:
English (B2).
