The employee holding these positions performs the following functions:
- Registers documents received by LVAT in the document management system "Avilys" to ensure their presence in the LVAT document accounting system, facilitating the search for documentation and timely execution of assignments.
- Accepts correspondence addressed to LVAT from institutions, organizations, postal couriers, citizens, and other individuals, and collects correspondence from the LVAT mailbox every working day.
- Responds to calls on the LVAT telephone, arranges requested appointments with the Chief Archivist of Lithuania, redirects calls to the Chief Archivist of Lithuania or responsible civil servants and employees.
- Searches for information in the "Avilys" document management system about documents, requests, and complaints received by LVAT, and provides legally established information to individuals upon request.
- Manages the general LVAT email inbox, registers emails received in the "Avilys" document management system, and/or forwards them to the Chief Archivist of Lithuania, civil servants, and employees as per their competence.
- Accumulates and systematizes documents, is responsible for the document files assigned according to the documentation plan, maintains them, and transfers them to the LVAT archive as per established procedures.
- Provides information to the National Centre of Shared Functions.
- Prepares projects for the LVAT documentation plan, list of registers, and list of file descriptions, and submits their data for coordination as per established procedures.
- Prepares projects for the descriptions (continuations) of completed LVAT files and file destruction acts, and submits their data for coordination as per established procedures.
- Manages the LVAT archive.
- Conducts public procurement of representative goods.
Special requirements for the employee holding these positions:
- Have a higher university education in the field of humanities or social sciences.
- Have work experience in document management.
- Be proficient in English at the B2 level.
- Be able to manage, accumulate, analyze, systematize, and summarize received information.
- Be able to fluently express thoughts in writing and verbally.
- Be able to independently organize their work.
- Be responsible, diligent, creative, and have good communication skills.
