The civil servant performs the following functions:
- Prepares legal act projects and other related documents concerning corruption prevention or coordinates the preparation of legal act projects and other related documents concerning corruption prevention as needed.
- Prepares and submits proposals on issues related to corruption prevention.
- Consults on issues within their assigned area of expertise.
- Collaborates and exchanges information related to corruption prevention and its assurance with other structural units of the institution, state or municipal institutions, or coordinates this collaboration and information exchange as needed.
- Oversees the implementation of decisions, recommendations, instructions related to corruption prevention activities, or coordinates the oversight of the implementation of these decisions, recommendations, instructions as needed.
- Consults on issues within their assigned area of expertise.
- Performs supervision and/or control activities or coordinates the performance of supervision and/or control activities as needed.
- Prepares and submits proposals on issues related to supervision and/or control.
- Prepares legal act projects and other related documents concerning supervision and/or control or coordinates the preparation of legal act projects and other related documents concerning supervision and/or control as needed.
- Oversees the implementation of decisions, recommendations, instructions related to supervision and/or control activities, or coordinates the oversight of the implementation of these decisions, recommendations, instructions as needed.
- Processes information related to supervision and/or control or coordinates the processing of this information as needed.
- Consults on issues within their assigned area of expertise.
- Processes information related to the provision of administrative services or coordinates the processing of this information as needed.
- Prepares and submits proposals on issues related to the provision of administrative services.
- Prepares legal act projects and other related documents concerning the provision of administrative services or coordinates the preparation of these documents as needed.
- Reviews requests and other documents on complex issues related to the execution of administrative service activities or coordinates the review of these requests and documents, and prepares decisions and responses or coordinates their preparation as needed.
- Creates and implements a personnel incentive and motivation system or coordinates the creation and implementation of this system as needed.
- Organizes personnel training and professional development or coordinates the organization of these activities as needed.
- Prepares and submits proposals on issues related to personnel management.
- Edits legal act projects and other documents prepared by LVAT.
- Provides institutions with necessary information on personnel issues in accordance with legal requirements and deadlines.
- Performs the responsible functions for ensuring compliance with the provisions of the Law on the Adjustment of Public and Private Interests in the Civil Service of the Republic of Lithuania.
- Initiates the preparation and updating of internal administration legal acts of LVAT to ensure their compliance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, and other legal acts.
- Deputizes for the senior specialist in the secretariat.
- Performs other non-permanent tasks related to the activities of the structural unit.
The civil servant must meet the following special requirements:
Education and work experience requirements:
- Education: Higher university education (not lower than a bachelor's qualification degree) or equivalent higher education qualification.
- Field of study: Philology according to language (specifying the particular language in the diploma).
Foreign language proficiency requirements:
- Language: English.
- Language proficiency level: A2.
