The civil servant performs the following functions:
- Performs preliminary, current, and subsequent financial control or coordinates the performance of preliminary, current, and subsequent financial control when necessary.
- Provides consultation on assigned area of expertise.
- Processes information related to financial management or coordinates the processing of information related to financial management when necessary.
- Registers data of economic operations and economic events in accounting registers or coordinates the registration of data of economic operations and economic events in accounting registers when necessary.
- Prepares and provides information on complex issues related to financial management or coordinates the preparation and provision of information related to complex issues of financial management when necessary.
- Prepares proposals on issues related to financial management.
- Prepares other reports related to financial management or coordinates the preparation of other reports related to accounting when necessary.
- Prepares documents related to financial management or coordinates the preparation of documents related to financial management when necessary.
- Prepares financial reporting statements or coordinates the preparation of financial reporting statements when necessary.
- Executes payment procedures or coordinates the execution of payment procedures when necessary.
- Performs calculations and forecasting or coordinates the performance of calculations and forecasting when necessary.
- Monitors, analyzes, and evaluates the implementation of formulated policies and document provisions, statistical indicators, or coordinates the monitoring, analysis, and evaluation of the implementation of formulated policies and document provisions, statistical indicators when necessary.
- Prepares reports, conclusions, and other documents or coordinates the preparation of reports, conclusions, and other documents when necessary.
- Processes information related to activity planning or coordinates the processing of information related to activity planning when necessary.
- Monitors and evaluates the implementation of activity planning documents or coordinates the implementation and evaluation of activity planning documents when necessary.
- Provides consultation on assigned area of expertise.
- Prepares and provides information on complex issues related to the implementation of activity planning or coordinates the preparation and provision of information related to complex issues of activity planning implementation when necessary.
- Prepares proposals on issues related to activity planning.
- Prepares activity planning documents or coordinates the preparation of activity planning documents when necessary.
- Submits accounting documents and related information required for accounting management to the National Shared Services Center (LVAT) in accordance with established procedures and deadlines.
- Participates in the preparation of strategic and annual activity plans and reports within their competence.
- Calculates the budgetary needs of the state budget funds for the performance of archival document management functions transferred to municipalities, as needed.
- Acts as a substitute for the head of the department in their absence.
- Performs other non-permanent tasks related to the activities of the structural unit.
The civil servant must meet the following special requirements:
Education and work experience requirements:
- Education: Higher university education (not lower than a bachelor's qualification degree) or equivalent higher education qualification.
- Field of study: Economics.
OR
- Education: Higher university education (not lower than a bachelor's qualification degree) or equivalent higher education qualification.
Work experience: Experience in the field of financial management.
- Duration of work experience: Not less than 1 year.
